Reflecting Sources And Reflecting Factor defination

When Light Colliedes with smooth polished surface or silvered surface then a large quantity of light rays reflect under rule of reflection.
The angle of Incident ray equals to reflected ray.In this condition bit part of light absorbes in surface and light source makes an image.
If   
 light Colliedes with frosted surface as paper painted roof then it spreads in diffrent angles.Light source dont makes image in this condition.
Reflecting Factor
Ratio Between Reflected Light And Incident light called Reflecting factor.
