SECURITY THREAT TO LIVES.....warning

Karachi, the biggest populated industrial city, Pakistan.... despite heavy rain forecasting the City Government did not take precautionary measures as a result of which lives of the human were put at risk. Many causalities were reported. Most part of infrastructure of the City was badly affected which increased the trouble and danger posed to human lives.

There is 7 storey resident building name "Billy's Galleria Residency" at GE Johar Block 18,wherein 200 men, women and children were staying. This was constructed 15 feet deep level from main road surface in 2009. Car parking and pedestrian stairs was on the same low level and service road was constructed same below level .In service road side and main gate of Building, there is an open area of about 2 kilometers.
During present rain storm 1st time water from 3 sides speedily flew to that building and about 5 feet water reached inside the parking and pedestrian gate , this area was converted into big ditch. The lives of 200 persons were in danger. Next day Faisal Cantonment Officer provided the Suction Pumps but water level was not coming down.No rescue team reached for 200 people. Just on Main road front side, there is an office of MPA of main Karachi Political Party but no one came to their rescue.
... I felt one way to get them out as to break and make hole in wall of adjoining Shopping Center whose main gate is on road side.
People were in fear of Builders and Police and not courageous enough to break the wall.
We said them human is most important than wall and we forcibly started to break it. I hit it with hammer first and then other made courage to follow and broke the inside shopping Mall wall and made the hole. As soon as it was opened from other side and we found 3rd floor. Hence people came out and took sigh of Peace. Today is the 7th day but water is still there and not any Govt. rescue team has reached.
It is learnt that above residents of 7th storey building was constructed over BOG after filling with dust and now huge rain water came from many sides and it is converted into wide tank and all building is sunk with water.Therefore its foundation is in dangerous condtion.IHM demanded not to shift people with families till the survey from Cantonment Engineers. This building comes under Fasal Cantonment. Otherwise there will high risk & threats to 200 people including Women and Children which can lead to a dangerous event if it collapsed.
